Terrible experience — seems like a complete SCAM. Our reservation was cancelled last minute due to a supposed “payment error,” even though we used two reliable payment methods we use regularly with no issues. The host never communicated, ignored all our messages, and offered no explanation or support. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

To be honest first when i read the reviews I hesitated to book but right now I'm happy with my two day of staying there ....the elevator didn't work and it was difficult to find the door of entrance but the manager was helpful she helped us enter the place and the room was clean and tidy (room number 6) for four ppl and the view was like the photo I mentioned. I asked for iron and they gave.

It is hard to decide whether the place or the owners are more disgusting. Unfortunately, I booked on booking.com where it has a much higher rating. It should have been suspicious that the first thing they message about is how they wont take responsibility for your valuables. Then in the building wall you see pictures of the robbers they are looking for. Then you enter an extremely smelly room with no window, just a door to a shady corridor. Burn marks melted into the fridge. I had to leave after 5 minutes, of course they stole my money.

Alright choice on a top spot to be at. The condition of the room is absolutely alright with comfy beds. We found it handy to be there and had no problem with getting in although there's a lotta complains about that. We booked through Booking, and had a massive discount on it. Without that, it would've been extremely expensive

The worst experience ever! Awful building, rude staff! The photos provided online painted a completely different picture of the property. The building was undergoing extensive maintenance, with a dilapidated entrance that made us feel unsafe from the moment we arrived. The room we were assigned was not at all what was described. It was located outside the building on a balcony, with only a makeshift window serving as a door. As two young women traveling alone, we felt incredibly vulnerable and exposed. The night we spent in this substandard room was a nightmare. The lack of a proper door, combined with the building's maintenance, made us feel constantly on edge. We were unable to sleep peacefully and resorted to pushing a chair against the window to feel a sense of security. The following morning, we attempted to address our concerns with the hotel receptionist, but she was not present. I contacted her via WhatsApp, but her responses were dismissive and rude, mirroring the poor quality of the accommodation. Despite our complaints and the clear breach of expectations, the receptionist refused to apologize or offer any form of compensation. We were forced to leave the hotel, ha
