Ügyfelek várajoznak a fiókban 5 perc alatt 4 ügyintéző távozott a fiókból....

Teljesen felkészületlen ügyintézők, akik közül általában 2-3 dolgozik maximum, IRTÓZATOSAN LASSÚ félfogadás, 45-90 percet kell várni állandóan, időutazás a 80-as évekbe.

Több mint 20 éve vagyok az ügyfelük. Azzal a döntéssel, hogy bezártak rengeteg fiókot azt eredményezték, hogy összeomlott a rendszer. Két hete szerettem volna elintézni a gyermekem új számla nyitásával kapcsolatosan valamit. Másfél órát vártunk, a fiók vezető ugyan nagyon kedvesen de lepattintott. Csak azért vártam tovább, hogy saját és gyermekem számláját is megszűntessen. A sors Sárosi Máté Kristófhoz vezetett aki türelmével, szakértelmével, kedvességével mégis ott tartott a banknál, sőt azóta is ő a bankárunk. Gratulálok hozzá a CIB banknak. Az ilyen emberek helyre tudják állítani egy bank hírnevét!

A legrosszabb bank a világon. Senki nem tud semmit, mindenki ül a számítógépe előtt, papírokat nyomtat, amit alá kell írni, amúgy a legtöbb kérdésre az a válasz, hogy ‘nem tudom’ vagy ‘azt nem lehet’. A rendszerváltás előtti időket idézi fel a bank, mind a rendszerei, mind a bankfiók.

There was no money in the atm, this is the third we tried on the same day and none had cash in it.Bekasmegyer atm also doesn't have and westend too didnt had money.
