Slowest branch I have ever been, it’s not a busy time and most of the help desks are empty but you have to wait ages to call your number!

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. One and half hour waiting . Unhelpful , bare minimum if they don’t know something to ask how to. We were asked to submit a paper from OTP and none of them in a two floor building could do it.

Unfortunately the ticket machine was not available in English. A very kind Hungarian woman helped me get a ticket, but the bank clerk did not speak English either, sadly. The building is great though 😁

The ticket machine has English language. And I am sincerely grateful for the lady who works on the No.2 desk. She speaks a little it English and it is quite enough to help a non-English speaker. She is patient and professional. She deserves awards!
