Czétényi Emese is the Best customer Carespecialist ever. The place itself offered incorrect information several times but the csrs are amazing.

I went there to open a bank account. Emese was so nice — she did her best to communicate with me in English, which I really appreciated and helped me with the documents. I was really impressed.

I had a very disappointing experience with the male receptionist. Each time I tried to use the service, he was laughing and chatting with his coworker instead of assisting me. This showed a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially for foreign visitors.

don't go there, very unprofessional people. you need to wait for hours even with an appointment.

One of the worst branch, DONOT visti. The manager(female lady) and other workers are all unprofessional. They keep you waiting for hours and continue chatting and laughing in their rooms or among themselves. Extremely disappointing!
