I waited 20 minutes in line with a baby and no one helped with account matters. They didn't call our number or let us know we were next and no one asked if they could be of service. They should learn to raise their voice every now and then.

One of the worst experiences I had here in this bank. I went there to get a bank statement and asked for the Yearly certifications which they needed and this guy simply refused to help. When I asked his name he refused to tell me his name and he didn't even let me meet the manager and he called the security guy to throw me out. He was asking for the documents which I showed him and in. the end he said I don't want to help you. Is this the service I am paying for the last 7 years ?? Is this the teaching of the staff how to deal with your customer? I have never seen such an idiot customer representative in my entire stay here. I argue the authorities to take immediate action against this guy.

most useless branch ever , they have english language option on their platform but no one can speak english and all staffs are rude with low skills banking work, we have been waiting for 1 hour and eventually they called out our number and said we can’t help you and more funny thing but they brought us incorrect excuse honestly they lied us
