Ma ismét bizonyított a Cib bank. Na nem úgy ahogyan elsőre gondolná az ember. 30 perce ülök a váróban sorszámmal a kezemben és figyelem ahogyan 3 cibes kolléganő vidáman sétálgat hol cigizni hol személyes ügyeket intézgetni. A váróban hatan várakozunk arra, hogy egyszer talán a mi sorszámunk kerül a behívótáblára. Nevetséges! Akár ezt is mondhatnám, de sokkal inkább szomorú... Flóriánban is ez volt a tempo, hát ez itt sem változott.

Belépéskor végigmértek az ügyintéző hölgyek és mialatt kikértem a sorszámomat, gyorsan kimentek, hogy ne kelljen kiszolgálniuk. Mialatt vártam, meghallgattam egy másik ügyintéző fennhangon tett megjegyzését a másiknak, hogy még wc-re volt ideje kimenni, így nem érdekli, hogy vár e valaki, Ő bizony nem fog kiszolgálni senkit. Hosszabb várakozás után eljöttem, anélkül, hogy amiért bementem, azt megoldották volna. Igazi ügyfélélmény.

Csatlakozom az előttem szólókhoz. Időpont nélkül legalább 1,5 óra a várakozási idő. Ha tudtam volna, nem jövök ide feleslegesen.

Szép meg minden. Fél óra várakozás nem volt elég egy lakcímkartya frissítésre. Talán időpontot kellene foglalni olyan dolgokra is amit alkalmazáson belül kéne intézni?

A Flórián tèri címet át kène írni a neten..Egy órát várok a semmire,mert rèszvèny osztalèkról nincs infójuk majd közlik hogy nem lehet kártyával fizetni..2026 van nem egy barlang elvileg egy bankfiók..
