Tegnap délelőtt (07.11) jártam ott a párommal. A hölgy, aki ott volt, rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Ha csak tehetem, mindig ott váltom ki a gyógyszereimet, mivel nem csak most, de mindig ezt a kedvességet tapasztalom. Köszönet érte...

Az emberi viselkedés legundorítóbb formáját tapasztaltam sorozatosan, így csak azt tudom javasolni, hogy lehetőség szerint mindenki válasszon másik patikát. Egyszerűen élvezik az ott dolgozók, hogy hepciáskodhatnak, gúnyosan kioktathatnak és megnehezíthetik a vásárlási szándékot, mikor az ember egy teljesen kiszolgáltatott helyzetben megy oda. Ne emberekkel foglalkozzanak, menjenek szenet lapátolni!

Ügyeleti időben jártam itt e-receptet kiváltani. A kiszolgálás során azonban az ott dolgozó férfi rendkívül lekezelő és flegma stílusban beszélt velem, ami egy egészségügyi szolgáltatás esetében elfogadhatatlan. Beteg emberek mennek ide, sokszor fájdalommal vagy rossz állapotban, és ilyen helyzetben a minimum a tiszteletteljes, empatikus kommunikáció lenne. Nem a várakozás vagy a munka mennyisége volt a probléma, hanem az a hangnem, ahogyan a betegekkel beszélnek.

Employees are always very helpful, they seem to take their job as a mission. Way more flexible than the other pharmacy nearby.
