Cube Coffee Bar - specialty coffee shop

I stumbled on this coffee shop on a walk exploring the city, I asked what was recommended and was told the apple pie is good. While the first bite was a little bland the more I ate the better I felt, not being overwhelmed with sugar the pastry was soft and what seemed like a granola topping was a slightly sweeter crunch, the apples were perfectly crunchy. Onto the coffee, I only ever have sugars in my coffee if it's low quality and this was perfect, not even a tinge of bitterness the beans were smooth and sweet my only complaint is that the cup finished much faster than I would've liked, and it didn't feel appropriate to drink two coffees before 8 am. But overall the shop is tastefully decorated, plenty of vegan options and I'm not sure of the name of the person that served me but he was very kind overall. I'm conclusion is recommend you stop by and give it a try.

They say you can tell how good a coffee shop is by ordering a flat white, and this one I can confidently say is good. The apple pie’s filling could have used a bit more sugar, as even I (someone who doesn’t usually like sweets) found it on the blander side. Even with that in mind, I would still recommend visiting this place.

Coffee: it was ok, delicious, but didn’t wow me. Service: friendly, fast. Atmosphere: small coffee place, but there’s a park literally in front of them - so you can also just sit there & enjoy your coffee.

The service was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the people behind the counter genuinely care about your experience. If you’re in Budapest and on the hunt for an exceptional coffee shop, this is a must-visit. Highly recommended .

The best banana bread and cappuccino in the world! I’ve tried this combination in over 50 cafes, and Cube in Budapest stands out as the best. I’ve been coming here almost every day for a year, and on my taste, no place compares. The cappuccino is perfect, the banana bread is heavenly (not too sweet, just right), and the atmosphere is ideal with great music and the friendliest baristas. The café is right by a lovely park, has an amazing terrace. Highly recommend! Other drinks are also fantastic, and the desserts are equally delicious and made with love. I’ve added a photo of the apple pie just so you can see how perfect it looks!
