My mom and I had such a wonderful evening at Deryne for dinner! The ambience both inside and on the patio was beautiful. We had a great seat on the patio and were welcomed with free champagne. Our waitress Hanna was so nice and friendly, and was very thorough with explaining dishes and answering our questions. We really enjoyed talking with her and having her serve us for the night. We had the house spicy cocktail and pornstar martini which were great, the laffa house bread with goat yogurt dip, broccolini, duck quesadillas, and beef carpaccio. Every dish was delicious and so unique, all of the flavors were paired so well. We had a wonderful and special evening and would highly recommend. Thank you Hanna!

A fantastic and upmarket place for a special evening in Budapest. Elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and a great selection of wines and whiskies. A big bonus for families is that kids eat free, which is a lovely touch. The staff were super attentive , really engaged without being intrusive, making the whole experience memorable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience here in Budapest! Hanna and Vanda are truly exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in and made the entire experience so special. The food was absolutely incredible—super fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Honestly, this has been one of the most delicious restaurants I’ve tried in Budapest. I highly recommend this place 100%! If you’re visiting Budapest, don’t miss it—you will absolutely love it!

Had breakfast at Déryné and tried the Cori dish — surprisingly delicious. The croissant, even with sauce, was still very soft and flaky. Paired with a coffee, it made for an excellent breakfast. The staff were also very polite and gave clear, detailed explanations. Definitely a meal worthy of a high rating.

After we were greeted by a lovely pile of clementines at the door, we were led to our table through this wonderfully decorated and uplifting restaurant. Before we even ordered, the most perfect focaccia was served next to the exhilarating little puddle of great olive oil and zaa'tar to dip in, that alone was a fantastic treat. Having a lot of rather small dishes to share was very fun, so we had a wide variety of courses on our table to enjoy. The kids enjoyed their food which was fantastically crafted and we all enjoyed a quite unique desert. To conclude, this was a very good middle eastern inspired dinner.
