I am incredibly disappointed and saddened by the experience I had here on Friday evening around 8 PM. The employee on duty a gentleman wearing a plain black shirt showed an absolute lack of professionalism and basic customer service. When I arrived, he was completely preoccupied, sitting outside at a table meant for customers and chatting with his friends. I was left standing and waiting at the counter for over 20 seconds before he finally decided to walk back into the shop to serve me. The entire interaction felt incredibly rushed and dismissive, as if my presence was a major inconvenience to him. When I asked for a sample, he gave me what was essentially a tiny speck of ice cream. To make matters worse, when it came to my actual order, he only served me a stingy half-scoop instead of a full portion. All the while, his group of friends had crowded directly into the shop right behind me, clearly waiting for him to finish his duties so they could resume their conversation. The lack of respect culminated when I accidentally dropped my phone while trying to pay, and he actually smirked at me. It was totally clear that he wanted me out of there as fast as possible just to get ba

Average!! Very sweet and no so tasty. Like flavored milk with lots of sugar. I wouldn’t eat again!

A scoop of ice-cream is 700ft and you have to buy l the cone separately for 200. I asked for one scoop, it was so tiny that I had to mention, like half of the scooping tool. The server didn't have any gloves on and didn't even hold the cone in paper tissue and didn't offer it after serving either.

The service here is amazing. Arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and the staff was very nice. They did their best to speak English and help with the selection. I was waiting for my waffle, and the worker was apologetic about them not having the toppings I ordered and helped me pick a different one. Overall a really positive experience. The bubble waffles are fresh and delicious, can recommend with raspberry jam. Thank you to the lovely staff serving us, even though it was late at night.
