I’m writing to express how frustrated i am with my consultation with Dr. Egyed-Fekete Agnes. I paid extra for an English consultation, expecting to get useful information, but I ended up feeling completely dismissed. After a brief 2-minute explanation of why I was there, the doctor spent the next 18 minutes typing my medical file—just listing my weight, height, and lab results, in a very slow way. She was so focused on the computer that there was no time for me to ask any questions. When I interrupted her once, she told me i am typing. When the 20 minutes were up, she told me I’d need to pay extra for another 10 minutes if I wanted more information. I agreed, but when I tried to ask questions, she just said, “Sorry, we don’t have time left, and this is the most important thing.” Quite shocking! I left feeling confused and little to no information about the things i wanted to ask to her. Honestly, it was a waste of my time and money. If you want to play a computer typing game for 59.000 forint, be my guest and go to “consultation” with her.

I would have loved to give a better rating to Dr. Egyed-Fekete, however, it never got to the actual examination, since I have decided to leave after 35 minutes of waiting. This is the kind of private medical service that can charge you up to 80.000 per one examination, yet cannot keep their schedule. On the other hand, they make sure to send a notification that you should arrive 15 minutes prior to the meeting. Dissapointing experience. Two stars for the very kind reception staff.

First class medical office. You do get what you pay for, very well worth the price. Medical staff are all "cream-dela-cream" professionals of European specialists. Highly recommended!

After arriving on time to my appointment, and waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes the doctor (Dr.Egyed-Fekete Ágnes) announced me that she will go to lunch and if I do not wish to wait for her then we can look for another appointment. She can be a good specialist but I think this lack of respect toward its patients is outrageous. I do not recommend this doctor and clinic! I just cannot support this behavior towards clients. This was the third time I went to her, and also I had to wait 30-40 minutes at my previous appointments. When you wait for weeks for an appointment, and the requested examinations cost a lot, and 30 minutes costs 39 KHUF, it would be expected that they inform you in a timely manner if they are running late, so you don't have to take half a day off work or spend your time traveling from the other end of the city. The doctor put me in a very vulnerable position, and it was very upsetting. I feel that she abused my trust, and after this experience, I do not want to go back to her.
