I always purchase contact lenses from their online shop. Occasionally, I came here to pick the deliveries. The staff are usually friendly. Today I came to ask if they could check and fix my glass frame because I feel it's off after it fell down and I stepped on it with my bare foot. The opitician insisted that it looks straight, there is no problem. If I feel dizzy, it's the problem with my eyes and the lense is not correct for me. I have used this glass for over 2 years and another pair has the same parameter. Of course I don't trust her. I went to optic world, they placed it on the table and went to fix it in 2 mins. It's either lazy behavior or unprofessional. Btw, their website has a bug that there is no way for you to use your points at checkout page. I contacted them once, they gave me a coupon code.

I went to buy new glasses and transfer my lenses from my old glasses, they accepted to do it, and it was very fast ! (Less than 5 minutes) And they only charged me for the glasses, they did not charge me for the transfer and cutting of the lenses.

I visited this optical shop to get an eye exam and buy glasses, but the experience was awful. The staff clearly judged me because I was wearing sportswear; they wouldn't even listen to me and kept interrupting. To top it off, they rudely told me to go to another shop. Very unprofessional and elitist attitude.

Contact lens don't come on time nor close to the promised time by staff and their own website, when they are called out on it and I asked for help they are rude in reaction claiming "we have no control over any part of and there is absolutely nothing we can do to help" whe I asked to call the manufacturer to see when it might arrive they said they can't contact anyone for any reason and they will be on touch when and if it ever arrives.

i ordered a pair of glasses, took them over a month to arrive - fine. but they arrived with a completly different prescription, which is completly unacceptable, given how much lenses cost at -4.5 and cylinders price mark. i am currently arguing with customer service, which invited me to pay them to ship it back and buy the lenses i already paid for, for a generous -15% of the price. insane.
