This spot was the first on my list before my ruin bar tour. My local guide mentioned this is the most beautiful bar in the city and famous for its cocktails. And he was absolutely right. I loved the ambience, and the playlist was amazing. I actually updated my Spotify with their tracks and am still enjoying them now! The place started to get busy after 7 pm on a Saturday. It’s a bit pricier, which kept the crowd from being rowdy, so I’d recommend this for a date or even a nice family dinner. It feels almost too beautiful to be a sports bar, though they do have TVs with games playing. I had a great time and still consider this one of the best ruin bars in Budapest.

Friendly staff, good service and nice location. The goulash soup I had was delicious and had only „quality“ beef pieces in it and was served with tasty bread. Will return.

Very professional service from the bar staff. Very welcoming atmosphere with the right attitude. Cocktails were presented well and tasted awesome. Very recommended 👌

This ruin bar in downtown Budapest not only has amazing atmosphere but also serves delicious, unique brunch dishes. I highly recommend trying their Eggs Mathias which is eggs royale made with smoked trout instead of the typical smoked salmon, their French Toast, Hunglish Breakfast and their “Avocado Toast” made with zucchini instead of avocado. The service is excellent too. If you want to enjoy high quality brunch or grab some drinks with friends then this place is for you. They have a kids corner which also makes it ideal for families to come.🥑🍳

Cute place, the was a DJ playing up beat music and looked like he was having quite a party by himself which was entertaining. Food was okay, a little disappointing with the eggs benedict, the smoked salmon looked a bit aged and they took one slice and sliced that up, like it was a garnish, besides that, cute presentation on both. Service was good.
