No respect for patients in terms of time. You have an appointment, but the doctor is not starting duty at that time. If you have an appointment before 8 be aware that is just for registration so not all patients arrive at same time. We went there at 7:30 for an appointment at 7:40. Around 8:15 we left as nobody even started the examinations at the gynaecology. While waiting we read about the doctor we were waiting for Dr. Fazakas Annamaria. After reading multiple experiences here in google reviews of being humilitaed by her we decided to not to wait more for potentially being also humiliated.

Incredibly rude people. I had and urgent referral for a blood test, but the woman (not even a doctor, just a nurse from room 225) regected to take it. They were laughing at me between themself and making a parody on me because I didn't speak good Hungarian. Other doctors made me cry right at their office several times. Not all doctors are bad there, but most of the times coming to this place is a terrible stress and pain. They treat patients as a cattle. I'm really sorry I have to go to this place due to my address connection. And we foreigners pay the same tax as locals so this people can have their salary. This is just a nightmare. If you can, choose any other clinic.

If u have a problem that needed to be examined immidiately, be prepared: they wont take care of u and administrators will tell u the place is full with patients. And than u see this.Noone in sight...

At first the doctor (urology) says he can only speak Hungarian, however he demonstrated a good command of English, French and Italian too. Very nice and funny.
