Do not trust this shop or the people working there. They steal from the client, don't call back for the time of picking up your pawned items. I do not recommend

Soha senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a helyet! Egy 60 cm hosszú, 4,95 g-os nyakláncot vittem be javításra, amit bevételkor 3,9 g-nak mértek. Javítás után otthon derült ki, hogy a lánc 10 centivel rövidebb lett (csak 50 cm). Reklamációkor nemhogy elnézést nem kértek, hanem még engem próbáltak meghazudtolni, hogy így vittem be! Számomra ez egyértelműen tisztességtelen, becstelen hozzáállás. Senki ne bízza ide az értékeit, mert könnyen pórul járhat

A Pólusban található üzletünkben vásároltunk 2 gyűrűt, abból 1-et szűkítésre ott hagytuk 2 hete, amire vállalási határidőt kaptunk, a tegnapi napon járt le ez a határidő. A vállalási papíron szerepel, hogy ha esetleg csúsznának tájékoztatnak a telefonszámomon, de az üzletbe többször megígérték, hogy biztosan kész lesz! A mai nap 11 órakkor 10x hívás után sikerült felvenni az üzletnek a telefont ( többször kinyomtak), és azt a választ kaptam, hogy visszahívnak.(néha bemegy 1-2 ember, belefért volna az idejükbe!) Ma 4 órakkor ellátogattam az üzletbe, mert vissza sem hívtak. Az eladó srác gusztustalanul, lekezelően mondta, hogy ő mondta, hogy ha tudja hol a gyűrű visszahív..de ő telefonált az ötvösnek és 27.-én már kész volt a gyűrű, csak nem tudja hol van??? Soha többet nem veszek innen semmit és másnak se ajánlom! Az ilyen stílusú bunkó ember meg ne álljon be a kereskedelembe dolgozni!

Az ékszer választék nem túl nagy, de igen szép darabokra lehet bukkanni. Van néhány drágaköves ékszerük is. Az eladók kedvessége és szakértelme is a helyén van! A zálogról nem tudok infót.

A vészhelyzet idején 2020 március végén és április elején a hiteltörlesztési moratóriumról egyáltalán nem tájékoztattak. Hagyták, hogy fizessek egy teljesen felesleges hosszabbítást, amire a hatályos jogszabályok szerint nem lett volna szükség. Ezután hagyták, hogy tájékoztatás híján további 105 000 forintot kizessek. Ezt tisztességtelennek tartom.
