We parked our car here for two days and were completely shocked at checkout: €60 per day, €120 total. This is by far the most expensive parking fee I have ever paid. This price is not normal or reasonable, especially in Budapest. The pricing is not clearly communicated, and there is no transparent or easily understandable rate. If you arrive by car, be extremely careful and check the prices in advance, because it seems there is no fair or clearly defined daily rate. Another serious issue is accessibility. Although the parking garage has designated disabled parking spaces, the infrastructure is not suitable for people with disabilities: The route to the elevator is inconvenient The elevator itself is very small (we only had a stroller and it was already difficult; for a wheelchair this would be extremely problematic) Even worse, after using the elevator, there are three steps at the exit I honestly don’t understand how a person using a wheelchair could leave this parking garage alone and without assistance. Very disappointing experience. This car park is completely misleading. I parked for 4.5 hours and was charged nearly 14,000 HUF, which doesn’t even match the stated rate of 1,200 HUF per hour. The pricing is unclear and feels extremely unfair. I do not recommend this place to anyone…

This parking is an absolute nightmare! We were charged 78€ for just 17 hours — a price that is beyond reason. The staff were completely unhelpful, showing zero professionalism or concern for customers. We travel extensively worldwide and have never encountered such a scammy, outrageous parking experience. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and frustrated. This is a disgrace!

Absolutely outrageous! This is hands down the worst parking experience in the entire world. 78€ for 17 hours is pure robbery! The staff showed zero professionalism or willingness to help—just pointed us to a website like it’s supposed to fix their ridiculous pricing. We travel extensively across the globe, and we have never seen anything this absurd. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be exploited. Horrible, dishonest, and completely unacceptable!

Dear All, Please be aware of that I paid 75 Eur for less then 12 hours parking. Probably they will write to me, I parked somewhere else and they are not allow car from outside but no, no, no. I know where I parked exactly. They are playing with words. Be aware!!!
