Prémium utasbiztosításuk csak a fizetendő díjban prémium, amikor fizetni kellene, akkor mindenféle indokkal, hivatkozással utasítják el, illetve csökkentik a fizetendő díjat. Csak az égnek hála, hogy az USA-ban nem történt velem különösebb baj egy járatkésésen és egy csomagrongáláson kívül. Egy baleset esetén talán évekig fizethetném az általuk meg nem térített kórházi díjakat is, amire ELVILEG szintén szól a biztosítás. Ami azonban a legfelháborítóbb, hogy elutasító levelükben virágnyelven, de hazugnak titulálnak. 🤮😡 Tanulságom: legközelebb körültekintőbb leszek és KIZÁRÓLAG személyes ajánlás útján kötök biztosítást, nem online rendszerben egy közvetítő által.

Az ilyen nagy cégek általában ragaszkodnak az elektronikus ügyintézéshez. Ám magukra nézve nem tartják fontosnak, különösen, ha már csak egy hiánypótlásra lenne szükség, ahhoz, hogy fizetniúk kelljen. Így 3 hét után levélben szólítanak fel az igazolványom másolatának megküldésére. 😰
