They forget to mention here that during the weekend there is only a handout window. You can’t actually go inside to shop. So if you know what you want, you have a chance to get served. If you wanna see what you buy… forget it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

You rarely see salespeople directly, but when they appear, they already answer questions. It can be seen from the layout of the entire shop and from the attitude that they are quite experienced in many areas, and not only in their profession. I would have given 4 stars because of the uniqueness of the shopping process from the entry to the checkout. Since it is logical and logistically correct, even 5 stars would be too little.

Good supply and prices are ok. I only didn't like the I was scolded at the cash desk because I didn't have any changes with me and wanred that next time I'm better bringing some... At the warehouse a guy was explaining to me for minutes that my order is not ready yet according to the computer despite my email notification and the fact that I already paid it. An other collague was needed to find my products on a shelf.

Huge variety of electrical materials, polite staff, but had to wait for quite a few minutes to be served. Maybe it was the morning peak time...

Had to order the product, they tried to convince me not to order it, because it will take at least 3 weeks. Than it arrived in a week. At pick up I asked two colleagues if the lamp contains the bulbs. Both assured yes. At home turned out, that no bulbs included. Had to drive back extra for bulbs... Thank you for the utmost professionalism...
