if you are a foreigner. never, I repeat never connect to yetel. They will give you a contract that cannot be terminated remotely, you will not even be able to change the tariff plan. they also have a very large lack of English-speaking support.

Unacceptabke and ilegal! I was refused to pay my mom's phone bill by the young woman working at counter 1. She said that since it was not my account I can the bill only uppon showing her the text message with some code in it. My mom was abroad and made a large phone bill - to which yettel automatically blocks the phine. Thwbonly way to deblock it is to pay the bill ( which is not ahown in application, btw. - sonit all just makes it so complicated). I did not ask for personal details of my mkms account - I just wanted tonpay the bill. We had simmilar situation before this and both times I had nonproblem paying ( in two different yettel offices). After this incident at Corvin Yettel I went to Westend and payed the bill with no problem. I stress that non of these 3 times my mom received any text message ( yettel confirmed this as well on phone). My mom , an elederly woman, stayed without phone service ( both phone and internet) while being abroad! You can just imagine how much diatress this caused.

Went here to get a Hungarian phone number, and had a wonderful experience thanks to the guy named Zsolt! I had a million questions and he answered every single one so nicely without getting tired, and even offered extra help to set up the eSIM . That’s what a good customer service looks like!

Absolutely unacceptable. I tried calling the store around 100 times on different days, in the morning, late morning, at noon, and in the afternoon — and not once did anyone answer the phone. Not a single time. It’s as if customer service doesn’t exist at all. And then the worst part: after a while, the phone didn’t even ring anymore. Turns out my number was blocked. No callback, no explanation, no apology — just blocking the customer. That’s not customer service, that’s total disregard for customers.
