The menue is not conform to the dishes you get, the menue offers 8 spring rolls but you get 4 that are cut in half.. mentioning this results in a “sorry it’s their mistake, they know it..” but that’s all, the full price is billed, the missing are not brought, a compensation like a small desert or coffee is not provided. Means you pay the double price for that what you get…our fault that we didn’t sent it back.. ok got it, one reason not to go there anymore. But the worst, the ordered sushi was warm ( room temperature) no one knows how long it was waiting before it was brought to the table… at least we waited quite long for getting a few sushi, still no reason to be unhappy but getting sick after being home again was not so funny. And only those who eat the sushi. Who didn’t eat the sushi before were not “praying to the white porcelain..” … something like this shouldn’t happen. Coincidence , bad luck or just bad luck quality? Before they were at the stop shop where they were more for take away than playing restaurant, this they could do much better… in this way they lost a few quests.. we won’t go there anymore…

If you’ve ever dreamed of tasting a Japanese soup made with tomato paste, this is your chance. And if you thought gyoza are supposed to be warm… think again! At Hanami Bistro, you can enjoy them served at a refreshing, refrigerator-friendly temperature. But the real masterpiece? Their wok — lovingly prepared with French fries instead of noodles. A bold culinary innovation the world clearly wasn’t ready for. So if you’re craving an unforgettable “fusion” experience where nothing resembles what it’s supposed to be, Hanami is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

I had an okay evening here. The staff was very kind and spoke english. The food was excellent. They could however - in my opinion - improve the atmosphere significantly: First: The halloween decorations - please dont do this, I lose my appetite staring at spider webs over my dinner. This alone will not make me come back tomorrow, unfortunately. Second: A terrible amount of beeping-sounds came from the bar area, as well as telephone notifications. It sounded at one point as a casino. I am not exaggerating: Every 20-40 seconds very loud Beep-beep-beep sounds would come. It must be an internal restaurant notification, but it was really loud and difficult to distract myself from. A little more calmness would fit the restaurant, the food deserves a higher and better framing.
