I stayed in this hotel from 21 to 23 May 2026. Avoid this fraudulent hotel. They do not provide what they have mentioned in the facility section of www.booking.com including minibar, refrigerator and AC. The mini bar was not working and all beverages were hot on my arrival. I asked the receptionist, Mr. Tamas, who was absolutely rude, to fix or replace it with another one. He did not accept. The room did not have any refrigerator. I asked him to provide what hotel has mentioned in booking.com including the refrigerator. He did not accept. The AC remote was not working as there was a "lock sign" on its screen. As I felt so hot on my arrival I asked Tamas to fix the problem. He refused and asked me to open the window if I felt hot. Can you believe that a 4 star hotel receptionist behaves like this to the guests!? Therefore for a 2 days stay in this hotel I had no minibar, refrigerator and AC although I had paid for such facilities! The manager of the hotel should be awarded a Guinness World Record for recruiting such a rude receptionist like Tamas. Congratulations!!! ....... ....... I have read Hotel's answer to my feedback. I add following to my feed back: Such a lie. I really feel

Absolutely brilliant hotel, from check in to check out the staff were all helpful and polite. Even when waiting in the lobby as our flight was after checkout we felt comfortable. The room was tidy and clean, fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine and TV, all tidied and cleaned and washing up done daily. The hotel felt safe and friendly, we would all definitely stay again if in Budapest, highly recommend this place.

Had a hard time here. The room was hot, air conditioning didn’t work and the fridge kept all the drinks warm while somehow still emanating heat. I slept 2 hours sweating and when opening the door to the outside you realize you are on a busy street and cars and the smell of gas permeate everything. The area is terrible, there’s nothing around anywhere, no restaurants, nothing, and despite seeming proximity to city park , good luck getting there on a nice stroll, it’s just cars and construction everywhere. I ended up forgoing my second night there because it was so uncomfortable. The service and staff were very nice, it’s the best thing I can say about it.
