Taking a bus tour and had to use the restroom. Staff refused me since I wasn't a guest. Communism at it's finest!!

If you want to rent an office here, don't sign their extremely unfair "standard" contract. We liked an office and were ready to rent it for two years with upfront payments. We discussed the extremely imbalanced and disadvantageous terms for days and were invited to propose contract changes with our legal team. After weeks of work, discussions, calls with our legal team we presented our proposed changes and received a snippy "decision" to not even come back to our suggestions and the negotiations were terminated after 6 weeks. What a waste of everyone's time.

The best serviced office company in town. Great service with a very professional staff. The locations are prime, while the rates are reasonable. Highly recommended for both short as well as long term lease. Ask for Attila Feher !

Modern, clean and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and there's always someone on the front desk who speaks English. Lots of businesses rent out different rooms to run their offices from. They're a friendly and professional bunch.
