At this branch, the staff weren’t very friendly or helpful to foreigners (especially the male staff), while at another branch they were really kind and supportive.

worst bank ever, they always never give all the relevant info, always need to wait for hours to try to get something done, and their digital apps/services are a joke

Outrageous business policy! Their Euro ATM is now limited to just max. 100 Euro per transaction!? It was 400 earlier which was already ridiculously low and you had to use it for multiple transactions per visit to take out what you need. NOW OTP robbed 50 Eurlo (20k HUF, 0.5% charge) and 20 minutes of my lifetime with this limit, I had to take out 2k in 20 transactions, got 20 printed receipts and it caused a tremendous extra cost in charges per transaction! This must stop and change! We are in 2025 in the middle of Europe
