Products are not available on the self. When ordering, you cant pay from selfie kiosk anymore. You have order on app and go to checkout. If you want to pay cash then checkout cant scan Ikea app code you have to go back to counter to print order manual. Then pay. Most primitive system. Ikea is loosing its customer service focus. Really bad experience. Worst is that no one informs you and you loose valuable time in this.

If you love wasting your life then come here. I’ve come here on a very quiet midweek day. The store is fully staffed by the looks of things. The store is different to old Ikea’s in that you choose your items and if they are large items, they are selected for you. (Highly automated ) So you pay for them first and then you have to wait for them to arrive and pick up area. Frankly, I would rather pick the items off a shelf myself. In that way, I’d be safely back in Budapest before my lucky number even appears on the screen. The attached photo is an area that you will spend a long time in, so get yourselves comfortable!!!! I guess when you have market dominance, you can abuse your customers anyway you like. Way to go Ikea 🤮🤮🤮 PS, it looks like you’re hitting all of your diversity targets. The customer experience is terrible but your DEI ranking I’m sure is off the scale.

🛍️ A standard visit to IKEA. ➖ A minus for the restaurant — they didn’t have the vegan vegetable balls available. 🌱 The staff didn’t even seem to know what vegan balls are, so I assume they probably don’t cook them here at all. 🧊 At least you can buy them frozen. ➕ A plus for listing allergens, even though only in Hungarian. 🚗 I appreciate that the parking lot is monitored by cameras. 📦 The stock availability is good, with a much bigger selection than in Bratislava. 💰 Unfortunately, the prices are slightly higher. 📊 That 27% VAT is brutal. 🌍 Since there’s no IKEA in Košice, I think many people travel here to shop. 🛒 Next time, I’ll probably order online or go shopping in Kraków instead.

We visited the IKEA Soroksár in Budapest and had a great experience! 🛋️ The store is huge, modern, and very well organized, offering a wide selection of furniture, decor, and accessories for every taste. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the Swedish restaurant is always a nice bonus! 🇸🇪 Highly recommended for anyone shopping in Budapest.

Quite nice and spacious. Nice collection and nice ideas for small rooms and flats. Good prices. Some are a little bit overpriced in my opinion, but most of them are in very reasonable prices. I recommend it. you must wear mask and have the card that you are vaccinated to order drinks inside, so be aware.
