Friendly and professional staff! The issue with my glasses (loose arm) was fixed immediately and very professionally. The male staff (sorry, I don't know his name) was very helpful and his English was very good. I would recommend the shop!

Alex was fantastic when I came in needing a pair of daily contact lenses for water activities. I didn't have a prescription or appointment, but he happily accomodated. Excellent customer service and fantastic English, helping a range of customers who were in the store at the time. Thank you Alex & Indie EYELAND

The staff here are all amazing! I visited a few times looking for the perfect glasses. Eva was always so welcoming, kind, and helpful with my needs. The eye exam was also highly professional, and the overall experience was fantastic. When I picked up my glasses, I met Alex. He was energetic, spoke fluent English, and perfectly understood how I wanted my nose pads adjusted. This is an awesome glasses shop. Accidentally stumbled upon this store on a Sunday where they are supposed to be closed. I wish I knew the name of the gent that helped me he was super friendly, they got a wide collection of sunglasses, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The gent deserves a promotion for customer friendliness. Will be back for sure!

Alex deserves a medal! I was visiting from London and lost a part off my glasses. Alex spent time and effort looking at a temporary repair and managed to do it. He was polite and showed full empathy. Total appreciation from a grateful tourist and I highly recommend you visit for all of your eyecare needs.
