As I read the feedback, it seems that the experience with the hospital depends on the department you visit. However, what I experienced was terrible and shocking. My mother died in the hospital’s Internal Medicine Department on 21 January 2026. The general hygiene standards are low, and perhaps because of mental burnout, some nurses and doctors treat patients without dignity. There is no compassion whatsoever. When you are there, you feel extremely vulnerable, and the individuals who should provide compassionate care often make the situation even worse. This hospital is far from being on the right track. Also, if you send a complaint email to the relevant director, do not expect an answer. It seems that the hospital protects those individuals who practice inhumane treatment of patients. Furthermore, if you complain to a member of staff, there is a fear that patients might receive less favourable treatment afterwards, especially once visiting hours are over. My advice is: if possible, try to avoid this place.

I was hospitalized in this hospital, and what I experienced there is something I truly hope I never have to go through again. The staff showed terrible attitudes, and the waiting time for even a basic examination was extremely long. They prioritized local patients first, and only after that did they attend to foreigners. I waited for 3 hours while people who arrived after me were taken in before me, one by one, until I was the last person left. On top of that, the way I saw them treat other patients was absolutely awful. It made me wonder – why do this job if you clearly have no compassion or love for it? To make things worse, no one spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult and frustrating. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Crazy place, Never again..... worse than every prison on earth they treated me like an animal , They dont give proper food and make just hungarian reports and make u look bad even if do the complete opposite. I would rather be in a ZOO than call this shit hospital they treated everyone like animals or even worse . Nobody speaks english or german they just have few translators. Very poor food with no variety (get what your given) . Had to wait for the doctors to turn up which is once every 2 hours as no one else on the ward could speak English, the room lacked hygiene (if the hospital was in the UK it would be closed down). They wouldn't even call me a taxi to go home after me being there for 3 days as they told me that calling a taxi was a service that they don't provide.very poor...
