Szőczei Beata, a gynecologist, humiliates patients. She’s rude, doesn't explain anything during visits and doesn't treat them with respect. The equipment and office are outdated. During three visits, she hasn't solved a simple task. She also doesn't communicate in English as well as she claims.

I won't speak much about the ladies at the reception but I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Myrtill Matkovics. I went to for the first time and She was so kind and friendly and so attentive. She spoke great English as well. The hospital is also clean and smells great.

I still haven't gotten an appointment to review that but I feel the need to write about the incredible ladies in the lungs doctor (1st floor) who were very helpful and kind even though they couldn't speak English. They dedicated a lot of time to try to explain and communicate with me and they were very patient. I really appreciated their kindness and effort. I hope this could reach them somehow

I want to share about the Emergency Room in particular. On Monday, I had a fever of almost 40 degrees, and shamefully the ambulance refused to arrive to my apartment to provide immediate help and made me walk there by myself. Anyway, there was one English speaker, and he was very responsive, helpful, the doctor prescribed me some medicines, and I got the chance to recover a bit at home for 3 days. However, I was specifically asked by the workers to come again after 3 days! I am experiencing my chronic bronchitis now, which makes it very difficult and often causes fevers and other symptoms. So I came I today and I waited for 30 minutes since the emergency room was just closed!! And I waited only for the nurse to arrive and send me off cause she did not want to speak English. It is unacceptable rudeness and lack of professionalism. And I have my Hungarian residence and Taj card, but she did not even listen!!! I hope everybody working there today one day will understand what SHAME it is for them to treat patients of other nationalities such way, and maybe they will reconsider whether they really can call themselves doctors. So do not go to public healthcare in Hungary if you care for

People are quite helpful there. Usually work done by people out there is good and on time which is very important for patients
