I have had multiple occasions in this branch with horrible customer service experience and I finally made myself to come here and leave a review. The only reason I come to this branch is because its the only one around me. But I am trying to avoid like fire. They speak in horrible manner with you, show no concern or respect to the customer and often not helpful. IDK if it makes any difference to leave a review here, but the branch leaders should certainly make some changes.

Incompetent staff, not helpful and terrible way of speaking to customers. I went to get a bank statement. On Friday 2pm. It’s totally within their working hours; only one young pretty lady was there, pretending not to understand a word in English (I knew it because she could speak perfect English sometimes) and told me to come back on Monday. Despite my asking why,? Does it mean what I wanted to do can only be done on exactly Monday? not Tuesday or any other days? Or does it mean that all customers must have an appointment before coming to K&H Bank? She looked around to indicate that there was no one else but her, shook her head, and told me, "Monday." She told me something in Hungarian, knowing that I couldn't understand it, and I even gave her Google Translate on my phone because I would like to understand why. She chose to ignore it and pretend that it wasn't her job. Or is she doing that because I am a foreigner? If she doesn't like that job, then leave it for someone better. I have been meeting with so many Hungarians, whether they speak English or not. They have been always nice and try to help customers. If they can't, they can still tell why. but I have never met anyone

Very slow even for premium clients. All employees are sitting without clients but no one is working

Azért mentem be mert két ügyintéző és csak egy ügyfél volt. Köszöntem ahogy illik de le se sz...tak. Bankkártyával kértem sorszámot mert az volt kiírva, hogy úgy gyorsabban fogadnak. 9 perc után meguntuk a képen látottat és felálltunk egy másik ügyféllel együtt mert még a szemkontaktust se vették fel velünk. Akkor se néztek fel amikor eljöttünk.
