It is almost comical how underwhelming the service at this KFC is. My last order was the most horrible. I had to wait more than 2 hours for my order to arrive, just to find out they delivered a completely wrong order. So waiting another 25 minutes for them to take away the wrong order and deliver the correct one, just to find out that they forgot 1/3rd of my order. Simply fantastic. And to add for the pile, I have tried 30 times to call the restaurant to get my problem through, but no answer. Nothing, for even one single time. I honestly hope every one of you get the same type of service in all aspect of your life. I would gladly give less stars than 1, but it is not possible. This was the 3rd time the "restaurant" staff forgot a portion of my order in a row! I honestly wish they would close this unmanaged and good for nothing place down. I have reached to a point of never wanting to order or eat anything related to KFC for rest of my life. Godspeed

I had a bigger order, including lots of churroses and pumpkinspice lattes, but they delivered them pretty quickly. The manager was helpfull, helpd me bring my order to my car, which was really swee from her. The restaurant was also nice and tidy and they also had hommade craved pumpkin lanters as decerotion, i think it tells a lot about the atmosphere of the workers :)

Today (2024.12.14 ~17h ) we dined here. The food was old and dry, the onion rings was soaked in oil and spongy (disgusting), the qurrito was dried and the cheese was already hard, we could see the huge pile of pre made sandwiches and items in the slide which was there for at least an hour. So our food was way below the KFC standards, the manager at that shift didn't really cared for any rule. The staff who was serving us was incredibly bored and moody. It should have some company visits more often because the quality is really deteriorating.
