Kedvelem a doktornőt és asszistensét, mert segítőkészek, szimpatikusak és tudom, hogy mindebt megtesznek a betegekért és azokért, akikkel tanáccsal fordulnak hozzájuk. Azonban legutóbbi alkalomkor le lettem barmolva, mert nem időpontra mentem. Nem esett túl jól, mert az ajtóról le volt véve az időpontfoglalás és innentöl nekem ez nem mérvadó, főleg, hogy akut panaszom volt. Jelezték, hogy tartanak annyira értelmesnek, hogy tudom, hogy időpont nélkül nem csurgok be....és ezt a későbbiekben sem tegyem. Ettől függetlenül elláttak, amivel elégedett voltam. Az időpontfoglalással kapcsolatos tájékoztatót kérem kihelyezni, hogy ne legyen ebből probléma és félrértés, ha legközelebb akut problemával keresnè fel valaki a rendelőt..

Fél órát ugyan várnom kellett, de nagyon kellemes a váróterem hangulata és a doktornó is nagyon kedves volt.
