Számomra nagyon jó Olívia óráinak felépítése, tematikája. Nem gondoltam, hogy egy óra időtartam alatt lehet jógázni, de ezt megcáfolta. A hétköznapi rohanásból az elmét lecsillapítja, a fizikai testet pedig lefárasztja. ❤️🙃

A legszuperebb jóga amit kipróbálram. Nem túl rövid, nem túl hosszú. A nyújtások nagyon jók és a gyakorlatok változatosak. Olívia nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom!
