I really liked the Pizza Margherita. The dough had a good consistency, very elastic and the taste of it was how it should be. Not like some other pizza doughs that taste kinda neutral. Mozzarella and tomato sauce (mutti) were also excellent. Oven seemed to be a good one (I am not an expert), at least it showed a temperature over 400 °C.
