About Lakáspont

A lakás kiadás előtt segítettek a lakás felújításában is. Minden feladatukat kíváló szakértelemmel és bőven határidőn belül végezték el, tiszta szívvel tudom ajánlani őket mind lakás kezelés, mind ingatlan eladás kapcsán.

My real estate broker, Monika Stark helped me with all aspects of selling an apartment I inherited in Budapest. I live abroad and she went above and beyond to provide a smooth process and experience without my physical presence. Her services included getting the apartment ready for selling, for example getting rid of old furniture, painting interior walls, fixing broken light fixtures, replace clogged pipes etc. She also did all the paperwork for me, from start to finish, which required a lot of phone calls and numerous visits to various bureaucratic offices and municipal agencies. I am very happy with the full service Monika provided and 100% recommend Lakáspont for anyone’s buying or selling needs in Hungary. Reliable, affordable and fast service. Effective communication. Thank you Monika!
