Our experience was extremely disappointing. We did not receive the access codes in time and had to make several phone calls before finally being able to enter the property. Upon arrival, the first thing we saw was a rat near the rubbish bins at the entrance of the building, which immediately gave us a very poor impression. Once inside the apartment, we discovered there was no hot water and the TV did not work at all. These are basic amenities that any guest should reasonably expect. To make matters worse, we had previously requested to move our booking by just one day due to an unexpected transportation issue beyond our control, but this was refused without any flexibility or goodwill gesture. We arrived at around 8:30 pm and left the following morning at 9:00 am because the overall experience was so unpleasant that we preferred not to stay any longer than necessary. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Best location you could ask for! 10 min walk into the hussling city streets. 5 min walk from where thee airport shuttle bus drops you off. Apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars and clubs. Don't let the look of it put you off, has everything you need in thr apartment including great air-conditioning! Deffo recommend for cheap place to stay for city break!

I was worried when I saw all the reviews about the apartment but when I stayed there it was just good. Nothing to complain and the manager was just helpful whenever you text her she replies asap. Place is clean and located in the city center which I liked the most. I just want to say, do not worry the place is just fine.

Despite the mixed reviews, we took a risk and stayed at this place for 3 nights. They do ask for a card or bank xfer of taxes/fees prior to the stay. If this is a problem for you, you may not want to indulge. We have ran into this in our travels, and it doesn't bother us, we create virtual card off of our credit card and send that to such places for 1 time charge. The check-in process was easy.. we faced a hurdle b/c their email with the door codes went to my junk folder and no one was available on their side to help me... for 20 mins, until I happened to look in my junk mail.. and it was easy afterwards. There was a slight strange smell when we got to our room, two puffs of perfume in the room took care of it and it never came back. The room was basic, but clean, we had a mini fridge, microwave, small TV, and a kitchen sink, single cooktop and some basic kitchen utensils. There was even a small coffee table with two chairs. The bathroom had the basics, was clean, and had good hot water after waiting for a minute. The bed was comfortable enough with sufficient bedding and pillows. The hair dryer worked but had a crack in it, we notified them over text to ensure we didn't get

I would like to express the awful impression we gained from our staying in your rooms (1, 2). We expected the least ,yet we didn't even get this. Specifically, we experienced extreme cold in your apartments, since the air condition was not even functioning (which we find prohibitive for such cold days). When we tried to send you an email expressing our worries, you only answered that we should plug the air condition,as if we were dump. The bathroom was also cold, and full of humidity. There were not second towels ,or bed sheets provided, although we had booked the apartments for four nights. As a result we didn't have the option to use freshly washed towels and warm blankets. In addition, we were only given one toilet paper and had to ask for more. We didn't experience a (friendly) welcome, we never even met you. The photos in your site had nothing to do with the reality.

We had a power outage, which somehow broke all power outlets which had something plugged in. Being on holiday we hade phones and cameras to charge, which was really annoying since we only had one working outlet left. Since there is no reception at the apartments itself contact was really annoying. Messages back and forth took a long time and the receptionist didn't understand our problem. After three days the outlets still weren't fixed and we got no more replies. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the apartment itself is fine, everything is there.

Awful experience/Scam. I booked it through snaptravel.com few days ago. Today just afternoon on the day of check-in at the hotel, I received a message from snaptravel.com. They forwarded the message from the hosts that extra 27.5 euros cleaning, as well as 4% city tax have to be transferred or the will not give acces to the room. Just after my wowing that was not announced at the time of the booking, snaptravel.com replied that it is in the "About" tab for the Lichtenstein Apartments during booking process. I checked again and found it is covered with a banner "get 10% discount" (see screenshot). It seems as very raudulent activity. -5 🌟 for both accommodation facility and snaptravel.com for fooling customers

Presentation pictures are a lie. In my case, instead of the apartment, there was only one large room with 5 cheap beds, placed directly on the floor (like double mattresses), very small bathroom with terrible smell and defective sewer. To get into the room, you must use 3 access codes. The elevator did not work. And private parking does not exist. Daytime parking can only be paid from 3 to 3 hours. As a tourist you can not do that. Payment via SMS was not possible, so I was fined. The sure advantage is that the location is very well located
