I had a reservation, and despite receiving confirmation, they canceled my reservation without a proper explanation. When I reached out to ask why, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. The person even told me, “We don’t like you to arrive to us,” which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. With the excuse of the card can’t be confirmed, which I did update it and added another card. Which they confirmed it. Despite all that they cancelled my reservation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any hospitality provider. If they make a pricing mistake, they should take responsibility—not treat guests with disrespect. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Hi. I would like to raise a complaint with the following. The staffs attitude and way of they are speaking with customers is discussing. However I didn’t stay in your hotel because of the quality of the cleanliness “dirty” room was just one thing. But when we have arrived nobody notified us about the “wellness” section doesn’t operate. Saunas are not working etc.. We have left the hotel immediately and requested a full refund for the paid price. The receptionist didn’t want to give his name for the procedure or provide any written confirmation about this… what is this? Must be very proud to working there!? As he couldn’t complete the refund due to a missing supervisor card (never ever heard this before) we have agreed it will be a bank transfer, but it was never mentioned it wouldn’t be the full balance… I would like to give you the opportunity to arrange a compensation and refund the missing 5000HUF as well. If not I will take the necessary procedure with my English bank and UK ombudsman as well as with the Hungarian. You can expect all the posts comments on all the social media as well. I am looking forward to your response by and outcome no later than by the 20th October.

Due to the floods (also happening in Hungary right now), our tickets were cancelled. Consequently, we had no way of getting into the venue. We called the venue and they told us that cancellation would be charged. Which is not because of our reasons, but of a natural disaster. I explained to them that we had no way to physically get there. I made a request to cancel free of charge, of course they refused. Booking likewise won't be able to do anything. I understand that you can cancel 5 days in advance, but how were we supposed to predict that on the day of departure they would cancel our train and such a tragedy would happen. This just shows how dishonest and indifferent this facility is. Now we have to pay 200 euros for a stay we couldn't possibly get to and not because of our fault.

Gym and spa are great. But there is nothing luxury about the apartment. Its clean enough but everything in it old and damaged. Air-conditioning is useless. Nothing like the pictures. Better named the basic apartments. Car park is very tight. Great location tho 😄

We got upgraded to a two bedroom flat upon arrival. But we were wrong for feeling happy. They have everything you need for a nice stay but the conditions/qualities of the things provided are just bad. The reception staff were helpful though. The flat is huge, but it is not up to standard at all. Just to name a few: there are holes in the walls, lights not work, toilet door unable to close unless with extra force, the washing machine leaks water, towels are yellow, sheets not sure if they have been cleaned.
