People at Douglas never surprise me,they were rude at the store in West end,and here even worse.They followed me after I had picked up what I waanted to buy,although when I arrived to the cashier was empty,and Im starring at two ladies chatting and one of the was the cashier who rolled her eyes after stoping the chat and coming to see me.It only got better when I typed my password wrong and she asked me If I had money to buy that. Great customer service.

I had to wait 10+ minutes for a perfume tester. 1. Nice cashier confirms I can get a tester after I purchased a product 2. I ask if I can get Tom Ford Lost Cherry, they say yes but the tester bottle is empty. 3. I had been waiting for 5 minutes when 2 other shop assistants ask if they can help, and I tell them about the tester. They tell me they will handle it. 4. They disappear 5. Been standing at the cashier 10+ minutes for the tester, then I decide to ask for a tester then from jean Paul gautier 6. Shop assistant scolds me why I havent asked earlier -> the tester's spray is not working 6. I ask a tester from an Atkinson fragrance -> shop assistant tells me she cannot give me too much because it is too expensive. She hands me the 1ml vial almost half empty Why do I have to feel humiliated??? Save your energy and avoid humiliation by shopping somewhere else

Wide variety but heavily marked up prices especially with the more niche and expensive fragrances. If you want to test these or god forbid ask for a tester be prepared to be treated like an inconvenience. Rational people are not going to buy expensive perfumes by just simply smelling a paper tester. We asked for some Tom Ford sample, bottle was empty, they took it and put it back to the shelf, left to the staff room and left us there hanging without saying anything. Spend your money elsewhere people.

The service of this store is far from being pleasant, the assigned ladies don't even know the difference between their products. I have asked for a specific acid from the Ordinary and she came to me looking unhappy that I have asked for her help. Ridiculous!!!! What's her freaking job there then? In addition she brought the wrong box and completely wrong product. The cashier lady was the meanest creature on earth, almost threw the bill across the counter. Is this acceptable? THE WORST shop EVER...
