The security guy (tall, ashy hair in his 40s-50s) was extremely rude. I just simply wanted to take out a product from a drower which okay after he let me know i understand but he should have warned me in a professional and kind way. Not to mention I apologised and then when i left the store after purchasing a product he did not even look at me when I politely saud goodbye… no customer should recieve this kind of treatment… it was really disappointing…

The workers there all point to each other when I asked for help and say they only work at certain section and no one wants to help and it’s frustrating because it wasn’t even that busy also the security guy keeps following you around like I understand it’s your job but you don’t have to keep following so closely (I need my personal space). Also there were 2 security guards for such a small store and with that you have to keep an eye so closely?

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the consultants. I simply asked whether they had a specific perfume, and she replied “NO” in a very rude way, without even stopping or looking at me. I was shocked by such behavior. I believe this is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Good service starts with basic politeness, which was completely missing here.

What should have been a quick pickup turned into a frustrating waste of time. My wife placed an online order with Notino. It arrived later than promised, but the pickup deadline was not extended, so we effectively had only one day to collect it. When I came just one day later, I was told the order had already been sent back. I asked what I should do next and whether I could buy the item in the store instead. The staff simply told me to place a new online order. I did that immediately and came back to the counter, only to be told it would take another two days because it ships from the Czech Republic. What surprised me is that the perfume I needed was actually available in the store. No one at the counter suggested I could just pick it up directly. The store was almost empty, there were three employees at the cashier area, and instead of trying to help or look into the situation, they were chatting and seemed annoyed. I ended up wasting a lot of time because of this, and the attitude felt dismissive. Overall, I didn’t feel any customer care and left very disappointed.
