Hogy lehet bezárni egy ATM-t?! Hogyan vegyen fel pénzt az ember?! Nyilván kell a felújítás, de a helyére véletlenül se kell ATM. Nehogy megtudja oldani az ember a pénzfelvételt.

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész ügyintézés a hármas pultnál. 10 perc alatt végeztem. Bejáratnál is készséges volt a biztonsági személyzet. Ezúton is köszönöm!

Flegma stílusú,segítőkészségnek semmi nyoma az ügyintézés folyamán .A problémákra segítséget nem kaptam . Csak annyit , menjek fel a honlapra.

az itt működtetett ATM elnyelte a Revolut Metal kártyámat úgy, hogy ki sem írt semmit, illetve semmilyen figyelmeztetés nem olvasható az ATM körül vagy magán az ATM-en, amely felhívná arra a figyelmet, hogy ebben az ATM-ben nem lett volna használható a kártyám (bármely más ATM-ben gond nélkül tudtam használni ezidáig a világ bármely pontján). ezt követően a bankfiókban dolgozóktól próbáltam meg segítséget kérni, de néhány flegma és elutasító válasz után inkább feladtam és tiltottam a kártyám, igényeltem egy újat. senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a bankot, sem ezt az ATM-et, az ilyen helyeknek nem szabadna 2024-ben létezniük!
