Adategyeztetésre jöttem volna a 6-os pultnál ülő hölgyhöz, de azt mondta itt nem lehet. Felhivtam a központot, ott pedig azt hogy bármelyik fiókba lehet! Nevetséges 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ma kétszer jártam ebben az MBH Bank fiókban, de érdemi segítséget nem kaptam. A 6-os pultnál az ügyintéző nem fogadta el a teljes körű meghatalmazásomat, mert szerinte külön bele kell írni, hogy a jelzálogtörléshez szükséges dokumentumok kikérésére is feljogosít. A kérésére módosítottam az okiratot és visszamentem, ekkor viszont azt közölte, hogy nyomtatott meghatalmazást nem tud elfogadni. Ezt megértem, de az első alkalommal is nyomtatott példányt vittem, és akkor ezt nem jelezte. Egy egyszerű ügyet sikerült úgy elhúzni, hogy harmadszorra is vissza kell mennem. Nem ajánlom a fiókot.
