On the date of 2026.01.19 I entered the bank around 16:30.I came to resolve 3 of my issues internet bank code that I wanted to change,to resolve why I can’t pay with my card and to ask for a new physical card because I lost my previous one.I politely came to clerk who was working on number 8 window and I never in my life was looked at with so much disgust that I came to her with this issue.I told her about my internet netting issue and within 2sec of me asking for help she told me with her legs crossed and a stare of a person who is anoyed of me “Go home and I will do it through the email” she didn’t follow up to ask me if I have other issues she told me to leave so she can finish her shift earlier.Safe to say I will close my accounts in this bank because as a customer I felt so terrorized asking for help

On September 17th I opened up a basic account at the OTP Bank in Ujpest on Arpad Ut 63-65.. It was somewhat time consuming, but with the patient and knowledgeable help of the clerk it was made much more of an easier process. She even took time to help install the OTP app on my mobile. So I wanted to thank Miss Toth Alexandra for her effort. I appreciated the professional and friendly service with a lovely smile. And if it's not to late I wish you a happy birthday. Enjoy!

I would like to express my acknowledgement to the professional work of Mrs. Alexandra Toth, a bank clerk of the OTP Bank in Ujpest. My bank card has been swallowed by the malfunctioning ATM in a Tesco store nearby, and I immediately seeked for help by calling the telephone number found on the ATM - no success. Then I tried to contact my Private Banking consultant by calling his number - no success, he neither picked up the phone nor called me back. Finally, I applied to the nearest OTP branch office in Ujpest seeking for help and the problem was solved in a very professional way. Thank you!
