Időpontra jöttem,príma volt minden. Szilvia az ügyintéző nagyon kedvesen türelmesen segítőkészen állt hozzám. Kicsit izgatott voltam,mert mas hivatalos ügyintézéskor más helyen nagyon türelmetlenek es lekezelőek az ügyfelekkel. 10pont Szilviának és az István úti Cib Banknak🤩

I am very impressed with the efficiency of CIB Bank’s service; my issue was resolved much faster than expected. Additionally, I was pleased to find English-speaking staff available at the branch, which made the entire process seamless.

A lot of employees doing nothing, but they make the 4 customers wait at least half an hour. I don't know what kind of policy that is.
