We came with our baby in a car seat and they immediately gave us priority. The doorman was also very kind, opening doors for us immediately. The service we needed was arranged in minutes.

2026.06.17 reggel nyitásra érkeztem az ujpesti fiokba. A biztonsági őr mint mindig barátsagos volt. Sorszámot húztam (102) egyenesen a pénztárhoz egyéb ügyintézés céljából. Az ott dolgozó rendkívűl csinos hölgy a 8-as ablaknál mint mindig most is segítőkész volt!!! Az alap dolgot ami miatt érkeztem pillanatok alatt elintézte, volt egy plusz kérésem, abban is maximálisan segített, ugyan nem sikerült megoldani az ÉN ügyetlenségem miatt, de ezt is pillanatok alatt megoldotta!!! Átirányított a kollégájához ugyan azzal a sorszámmal!! Viszont szomorúan tapasztaltam, hogy az elöttem lévő ügyfél ügyében a fentebb említett csinos pénztáros hölgy segítséget kért a kollégájától minimum 2x!!! De az ügyintéző még csak válaszra sem méltatta!!! Ez gáz, egy ilyen helyen!! Az 5 csillag a csinos pénztáros hölgynek jár többek között a hozzáállása miatt!!!

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész dolgozók, gyors és profi ügyintézés. Mindig türelmesen válaszoltak a kérdéseimre, barátságos légkör fogadott. Külön pozitívum, hogy az ügyintézők figyelmesek és valóban az ügyfél érdekeit nézik. Csak ajánlani tudom ezt a bankfiókot!

Mai nap jártam ebben a bankfiókban, és nagyon elégedett voltam az ügyintézèssel. Kedves volt a szőke hajú hölgy, és tájékoztatott minden felmerülő kérdésemmel kapcsolatban.
