Nem fizetnek csalók,szélhámosok három hónapja hitegetnek. Elfogadtak minden beküldött dokumentumot(szárítógép javítás 54E ft)kb.8 ügyintézővel beszéltem azóta mindent megigérnek Ingyenélő kutyák!!!!

Sajnos csatlakozom az előttem szólókhoz. Ha lehetne mínusz 100 csillagot adnék ennek a "biztosítónak". Addig amíg be kell palizniuk,rá kell beszélniük az embereket,addig mindent megígérnek,sőt a szerződésben is benne van,aztán ha kéne akkor nem fizetnek.😡😡😡 Szerintem ez amit művelnek már bőven kimeríti a folytatólagosan elkövetett, nagyértékű csalás büntettét ! Édesanyám kötött náluk biztosítást,amikor jött ki hozzám Svájcba. Sajnos baleset érte anyukámat. Bevittem a kórházba és ott rögtön jött a kellemetlen meglepetés. Közölték,hogy ennek a biztosítónak NINCSEN szerződése a svájci kórházakkal!😡 Felhívtam a központi számukat. Azt vagy fel sem veszik,vagy csak a hazugságaikat folytatják. A lényeg,hogy nem fizetnek semmire. Nagy ívben kerülje el őket mindenki. A rendőrségi feljelentés is menni fog!

Aki esetleg azt tervezi, hogy repülőjegy "biztosítást" köt itt, ezt kerülje el a saját nyugalma és pénze érdekében. Nem fognak fizetni semmilyen esetben, még a saját ÁSZF-jükben megfogalmazott feltételek egyértelmű teljesülése esetén sem. Egy teljesen más kérdés, hogy kár/ visszatérítés igény bejelentése esetén azzal a trükkel élnek, hogy nem válaszolnak semmit, így megpróbálják nem rögzítetté tenni az eseményt. Marad a fiz.meghagyás és pereskedés - Jobb tehát innen ellapozni és elfelejteni őket, mielőtt bármi ügyben megbíznák őket.

Got travel insurance pack from Air France. Due to visa being denied, travel could not be done. Air France refunded tickets, Mondial Assistance did not due to their "terms & conditions". Lame...

Great service, car stalled and no help from service center, wont send a tow car because of administrational error due to liscence plate change. Funny how that detail didn't effect last two years of bills for the service and now that you actually need something... nothing
