Great store with better than average staff, some places have better staff, but it's not bad for a store of this type, the reason I'm rating it 4 stars, is because stores like helly Hansen keep a more diverse catalog year round(more sizes shape, and mainly types of gear like jackets, rain gear, out of season gear basically) and also bring back the room on the top floor with the camping stuff Just wanted to add this is one of the best stores in Budapest for camping gear in general as they have a wide selection of in season gear and average sizes. If you want something specific check their website for what they have in Stock.

A friend recommended this place when I wanted to try climbing for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had everything I needed. They also offer equipment for a wide range of other sports. Overall, it was a great experience!

Nothing wrong with the store itself but the staff attitude, man. I went there after not being able to find my shoe size at a different location. It was about 40 minutes before the end of the business, I understand people may want to be done with the day already. Front staff greeted me friendly, then when I wanted to try shoes and asked for my size, the other staffs visibly was not happy, but brought me the closet size possible. I tried 3 different styles, none of them fit, and the staff impatiently signed louder and louder as each time I asked, TO MY FACE. At the end i just didn't want to try another anymore. I'm a traveler all I want is to replace my current pair to continue my travel with better support. But this shopping experience has been disappointing.

I visited this store on March 30th and had a fantastic experience. It is a wonderful place for anyone into hiking, trekking, or mountain climbing. I want to give a special thanks to the lady who assisted me that day. She was incredibly empathetic and professional, helping me find a high-quality fleece and a perfect belt for my hiking pants. It’s rare to find such attentive and personal service. The selection is great and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended if you are in Budapest and looking for top-tier outdoor gear!

Cool place! On the 2nd floor (take the elevator) they have a good variety of camping gear such as tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, stoves, gas, etc. On the main floor they have a bunch of clothes from well known brands. And in the basement, they have climbing gear and climbing shoes and so on. Large and spacious. The staff spoke a little bit English and seemed nice and welcoming. Would definitely visit again if I need any gear or looking for inspiration.
