The hotel's exterior is a beautiful classic building as expected in the city of Budapest. The interior is tastefully done. The double room was comfortable with acceptable space and amenities. Spotlessly cleaned every day. Big closet to put all your clothes instead of being crumbled in the suitcase. Coffe maker and a stocked mini fridge available. The air-condition was working very well and as I am picky with the temperature day and night, I could set it and it would change the room temperature in an instant. My only two minuses would be the small shower cabin where I would constantly bump on the mix lever and the bed which was firmer than I would like but this is a personal choice. May I say that the breakfast is excellent with so much variety to satisfy everyone. There was also a gym and more that I didn't have the time to use as I was in Budapest on business and didn't have much time. All in all I was more than happy to have stayed there.

Our last night of a 4 night stay at this hotel. We have really enjoyed staying here. We had a problem with our shower on the second night, the receptionist came to see what was wrong within 5 minutes. The repair couldn't be fixed so within 30 mins we had been upgraded to another room. Thank you, most appreciated. All the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Some reviews have said the beds are too hard, but we found them to be very comfortable. The rooms are a good size: our first room had a shower over the bath, the second had a walk-in shower that was lovely. The first room had somewhere to hang coats, the second didn't. There are only 6 hangers so you might like to bring a few more. Breakfast was lovely- we don't have a cooked breakfast so can't really comment, except to say it looked ok. There is cereal, nuts, fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, different breads, fruit juices, tea and coffee. More than enough for us. The hotel is spotless. It is in a really good location. A little back from the main road so very quiet. We easily walked to all the places we wanted to see. We even walked across to Buda to see the Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. We did ge
