They don't even deserve zero star. My exact experience: I wished to pawn a smoothie maker. Brand new, unpacked and intact. Two unsympathetic guys asked a question for each other -

Az üzletben segítészek, és kedvesek voltak. Ezért a 3 csillag. Bakapcsoltam. Amikor kikapcsolom, néhyány szegmens tovabb is működik. 😀

Very irresponsible. They told us to come to their shop and check the product, and when we got there the next day, they told us that the product was sold out. They didn't even update us about this, we traveled 1-hour for nothing.
