I am telling this with a big assurance, these people who is working for Yettel are the most ignorant and racist creatures in the entire universe. First of all if you are not Hungarian citizen you can not do the data verification process on your own online, you have to go to their store! Okay I went to their office on multiple locations and all are closed, while they all show open on Google maps. There’s information on A4 paper on their door but in their lovely Hungarian language. They do not put any information on their website that they are closed I call their customer service, it asks me to press 8 to talk with English speaking agent, I press 8, then someone takes and tells me “sorry I do not know English, our colleague will call you in 24 hrs..” What the actual These company is a joke. My nerve system is collapsed. How can’t you just fix couple of simple things on your system that are severely annoying your customer? How? By the way, the quality of their service also sucks. Once I got lost in the forest in Netherlands, couldn’t find the location of the festival for few hours just because there was no signal on my phone and couldn’t check anything! Not recommended if u travel abr
