I went there for some paperwork. I was surprised that nobody spoke English, even at the front desk. I got lucky because I got help from someone near the front desk and only then I managed to get my ticket. You need to have an internet connection in case you want to communicate something or explain yourself. This is how I managed that day. The agent was very helpful and did his best using the translator.

I was a bit surprised after all the negative reviews here but when I was there, the stuff was super friendly. A lady was super nice, helped me to choose appropriate cigs and drinks and we even got a high five;)

If the blonde lady is working, walk out, she is unhelpful and rude. The customer in front of me also got sent her marching orders to get out of the shop!! Why put someone working in a shop in a tourist area who hates tourists?

TERRIBLE! My goodness'' the blonde woman that works there... how to describe... let's just say the worst employee you'll encounter for customer attention ever. Extremely rude and unhelpfull. Replying everything in a very bad manner and rolling her eyes for anything you may ask. Go elsewhere! There are tens and tens of better tobacco shops everywhere around.
