The thin female clerk with large ear piercings and a high ponytail had an extremely rude attitude. It's not worth enduring such treatment when spending 44k HFT here. I won't be coming back again.

I never write reviews, but this was horrible. Absolutely rude. Yelled at my friend when she didn’t answer immediately and exactly know what she wanted. Would not return. Immediately started gossiping about us in Hungarian when we left.

Super entitled staff. Immediately when you enter, they start to nag on you like vultures. These desk women must be going through midlife crisis or something, they pretend to not understand simple tasks such as which cigarettes, make it have unnecessary extra steps, and then foul mouth you behind your back. Don’t even try to pronounce anything in Hungarian or by showing to them with text, they turn into nonsensical bonehead parrots.

That woman is incredibly rude and foul-mouthed. I only asked for a pack of cigarettes and when I didn't hear her, she yelled horribly at me. Don't go to that place. It appears to be the same girl, only now her hair is badly dyed.

The most disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Not only once they’ve shown their dismissive and abhorrent behavior! For the love of god, raise their salaries, give them CUSTOMER SERVICE training, or do something!!!
