The staff lady was rude. We understand workers have needs and rest times but the way she told us she wasn’t going to attend us was RUDE. You can at least try to smile. We would have happily waited if it was communicated nicely.

RUDE PERSONNEL!!They literally didn’t let me in because the woman was having a cigarette break in front of the door?? Unbelieveble but true. NOT RECOMMENDED! Smoking in front of your business and not letting a client enter the shop can not be justified by a “cigarette pause” if this is your way to treat clients maybe you should seek for a other business.

When I asked if they had any second-hand pipes, I got the answer 'I don't know,' and the person just continued talking on their phone without caring. It’s not really the place that the reviews make it out to be.

Lovely staff, young ladies but surprisingly professionals in pipe related stuff, they know what they sell and are patient. Just bought a pipe and tobacco together and helped much in choosing. I am a pipesmoker since 20 years, but all advices were correct and helpful. Highly recommend.
